We know this was not a smooth transition and we apologise to those of you that experienced unacceptable service levels during this time.<\/p>\n<p>Our priority is to repay your support and win back your trust.<\/p>\n<p>We ask you to come on board with us as we refresh our brand. From 3 May 2018, gridhost.co.za will become <a href=\"https:\/\/1grid.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>1grid.co.za<\/strong><\/a>. This is smart <a href=\"https:\/\/1grid.co.za\/company-registration\/\">business<\/a> for us. It gives us the space to innovate locally and globally, expand our offering, and bring all of our customers\u2019 online business needs onto one grid.<\/p>\n<p>Driven by a new management team, we\u2019ve had a long hard look at what needs to change. We\u2019ve invested in great people, improved our internal processes, tallied every customer complaint. In addition, we are rebuilding our solutions from the ground up to meet your core <a href=\"https:\/\/1grid.co.za\/blog\/\/\">online<\/a> needs.<\/p>\n<h2>What to Expect<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Gridhost will become <a href=\"https:\/\/1grid.co.za\/\">1-grid<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Sharpening customer services<\/li>\n<li>A new website with a refreshed product range, from <a href=\"https:\/\/1grid.co.za\/domains\/domain-name-registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">domain registration<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/1grid.co.za\/website-builder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">website builders<\/a>. These products will be simpler and more intuitive &#8211; a solutions and service driven space.<\/li>\n<li>New branding on all our communication channels and documents.<\/li>\n<li>A request to update your payment details for the new 1-grid bank accounts. <em>This isn\u2019t required immediately, and you can do this at your convenience. We promise to communicate all changes timeously.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Please note that no changes are required on your end and all service login details will remain the same.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have a committed focus and passion for SME growth and empowerment in South Africa.
