This guide will take you through the steps of migrating your content from Helm to Windows Plesk.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

1. Log in to the\u00a0Plesk\u00a0control panel<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0and recreate your email accounts, Databases, and DB users for the domain you are migrating.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

2. Make note of the IP address of your current mail server as this will be required later.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

3. Log in to Helm<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

5. Upload your website<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0content to the new Windows Plesk servers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

6. Update\u00a0your\u00a0website content as\u00a0necessary<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you make use of the localhost for your SMTP within your send mail script, please use the<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>following article<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0to update it. SMTP authentication sending via scripts will require authentication.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
