Check your other folders, especially Spam and Trash.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"457\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"459\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 data-identifyelement=\"461\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>POP Access Used<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"462\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">If you made a POP3 connection via Outlook or another mail client, then the emails may have been moved to the computer which made the POP3 connection. Check the Outlook or other mail client on that computer.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li data-identifyelement=\"463\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">To prevent this from happening, be sure to set your POP3 account to leave copies of messages on your server.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-identifyelement=\"463\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">In Outlook, this is found at Tools &gt; Accounts &gt; Edit the email account &gt; More Settings &gt; Advanced &gt; check box for Leave a copy of messages on the server.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"464\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"466\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 data-identifyelement=\"468\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Accessing the Wrong Account<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"469\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">This mistake is much more common than you think. Be sure you are using your full email address for the user name when you login. If you put your cPanel username, you will be in the wrong place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"470\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Again, the user name you login with must be an entire email address, like me@example.com. If you are not putting the @example.com part, then you will not see the correct inbox.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"471\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"473\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 data-identifyelement=\"475\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Third Party Scripts<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n<p data-identifyelement=\"476\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Some scripts by default use POP3 to retrieve emails from the server. It is recommended to use IMAP for retrieving your emails.
