Step 2: Click on settings<\/strong>
\nThe settings button is on the left hand side, on older version of smarter mail it is part of the menu at the top<\/p>\n

Step 3: click on the auto responder link on the left hand side<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 4: Select the enable auto-responder option<\/strong>
\nPlease note:\u00a0<\/strong>we strongly advise you leave \u201cLimit responses to once daily\u201d which will block any possible loop.<\/p>\n

Step 5: click the message tab at the top and enter the detail you want.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Note:\u00a0<\/strong>you can enter a start and end date for the auto responder, if you do so, do not forget to tick the \u201cEnable active date range\u201d option.
