sans-serif; font-size: 13px;\">If you are getting error like the one below when trying to access cPanel or your Webmail (on cPanel accounts), you most likely are using Internet provider which is providing you with dynamic IP address or with very quickly changing IP address.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif;\">This is more common on mobile Internet connections but it can happen also on desktop computers with short IP leases (<strong>NOTE:<\/strong> The restriction (error you see) is a default security from cPanel, which prevents your account from being hijacked.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\">How to Fix this error?<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">If you have a mobile connection like LTE you can also try and set need to replace server_name with the name of the server on which your account has been activated<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Webmail<\/strong> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/server_name:2096\/\" rel=\"noreferrer\">https:\/\/server_name:2096\/<\/a> &#8211; where you need to replace server_name with the name of the server on which your account has been activated<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><strong>Other things to check which might be causing this error:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; padding: 0px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\">The date on your computer is set incorrectly or
