In order to transfer<\/strong> your email and\/or website to us, you need to cancel your hosting service with your current provider. To assist you in this process, we have listed the most common hosting companies below together with the procedure that they require.<\/p>\n

  1. Fax and email a termination letter on your company\u2019s letterhead. For private or individual a normal letter will suffice i.e no letterhead.<\/li>\n
  2. The letter must be signed by the account holder with Adept.<\/li>\n
  3. Make a follow-up call to the cancellations department to ensure that the termination request has been received and processed.<\/li>\n
  4. The transfer ticket must be submitted with the Registrant\u2019s details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          5. Click on the button at the bottom of that page called \u2018Request Cancellation\u2019<\/li>\n
                          6. Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation<\/li>\n
                          7. Choose Cancellation Type, \u2018Immediate\u2019 or \u2018End of Billing Period\u2019.<\/li>\n
                          8. Please note that even if you choose Immediate you are still liable for payment till the end of the billing period. Snowball has a 30-day cancellation policy.<\/li>\n
                          9. Select the \u2018Request Cancellation\u2019 button<\/li>\n
