This article provides you with information on how to configure your ODBC connections on Windows Plesk.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the Plesk control panel ODBC connections with accdb database are not supported, \u00a0it has to be mdb database.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Below please find the instructions on how to convert accdb to mdb for Plesk.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Convert a .accdb database to an earlier file format<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Do the following to create a copy of an Access database in a file format that you specify.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • First, open your database:<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Click the File tab.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • On the left, click Open.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • In the Open dialog box, select and open the database that you want to convert.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Now, convert your database:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Click the File tab.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Under File Types, click Save Database As. Under Save Database As, do one of the following:<\/span><\/span>\n
        \n
      • To save a copy of the database in a .mdb format that can be opened by using Access 2002 or Access 2003, click Access 2002 – 2003 Database (*.mdb).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • To save a copy of the database in a .mdb format that can be opened by using Access 2000, click Access 2000 Database (*.mdb).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
