This quick guide will take you through the steps of cancelling a user account within Website Panel.\u00a0<\/span>Please note that this article is strictly for reseller packages.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Should your customer wish to cancel their service, you are able to process this request via the control panel.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1.<\/strong> Log<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>in to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Website Panel<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2.<\/strong> Click on \u201cAll Customers\u201d<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3.<\/strong> Select the customer you wish to cancel<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4.<\/strong> Click the cancel option<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The status should change to \u201cCancelled\u201d.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When managing your customers from the \u201cAll Customers\u201d option, you should be able to see a list of them and their current statuses<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
