This guide will take you through the steps of restoring a database in phpMyAdmin.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Log in to cPanel.<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Click on \u201cphpMyAdmin\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3. Click on a database that will be used to take on the tables of the backup database. If you do not have a database listed, then upload it using the \u201cbackup\u201d option in cPanel.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Click on \u201cImport\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

5. Click on \u201cChoose File\u201d and select database located on your computer.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

6. Click on \u201cGo\u201d to start the upload.<\/span><\/p>\n
