This article provides information on our domain renewal process.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

When your domain is up for renewal you will receive 5 notifications before your domain expires. We will cover each notification and the steps and advise on the steps to be taken below.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
First notification: <\/strong>90 days before the expiry date you will receive the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

Email subject:\u00a0“Please find this reminder regarding domain names that are set for renewal in the next 90 days.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Next Steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  • You will receive an invoice for the domain(s) within the next 30 days.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • If your payment method for the relevant domain is debit order or credit card, we will automatically debit your account and renew the domain.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Second notification:<\/strong> 60 days before the expiry date your invoice will be generated and you will receive the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

Email subject:\u00a0“This is a notice that an invoice has been generated on *. Please ensure that payment is made, as domain renewals will only be processed once payment has been received.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Next Steps:<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Third notification:<\/strong> 45 days before the expiry date, the invoice will be due and you will receive the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

Email Subject: “This is a reminder that your invoice # which was generated on ***, is due.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Next Steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

Fourth notification:<\/strong> 30 days before expiry you will receive:<\/span><\/p>\n

Email Subject: “This is a reminder that your invoice # which was generated on ***, is due.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Fifth notification:<\/strong> 7 days before the expiry date you will receive a final notice:<\/span><\/p>\n

Email Subject: “This is a reminder that your invoice # which was generated on ***, is due.”<\/span><\/p>\n
