How to repair SPF and DKIM Records within cPanel\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Log into\u00a0cPanel<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>>\u00a0Email<\/strong>\u00a0section >\u00a0Email Deliverability<\/strong>\u00a0menu:<\/p>\n\n\n

This section allows you to perform the following actions:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

1.\u00a0Repair<\/strong> \u2014 this feature allows the system to repair a domain’s invalid records:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the window that appears upon clicking Repair<\/strong>, \u00a0you can review and confirm the system’s recommendations for any invalid records. You can also Copy<\/strong> or Customize<\/strong> a suggested record before you approve the system’s repairs. Click on Repair<\/strong> and the records will be added to the DNS zone of the domain\/subdomain automatically:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

This process can take up to five minutes<\/strong>, depending on the server. When the records are set up, you will receive a corresponding success message:<\/span><\/p>\n

Allow some time to pass for the records to propagate and refresh the page afterwards. The Email Deliverability Status\u00a0<\/strong>will be then changed to Valid<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Manage<\/strong> – this option allows you to manually configure a domain’s mail-related DNS records.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

The Manage the Domain<\/strong> section already displays the properly-configured DKIM and SPF record values. So in most cases, you just need to Copy<\/strong> them and paste manually to the DNS zone of your domain. Alternatively, you can click Install the suggested record<\/strong> to have the SPF and DKIM records added to the DNS zone automatically:<\/span><\/p>\n

After the record is installed, you will receive the confirmation message: “The system successfully updated the DNS records.<\/em>“<\/span><\/p>\n
