Open the Control Panel (Start &gt; Control Panel)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Step 2. Open Network Connection<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Step 3. Right click on the internet connection you\u2019re using (LAN, or Wireless, or Dial-up)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Step 4. From the menu select \u2018Properties\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Step 5. Go to the \u2018Security\u2019 tab, and switch off the Firewall.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Then, if you haven\u2019t already done so you need to manually add the incoming POP server name (pop.ac.abc.org) and the outgoing SMTP server name (smtp.ac.abc.org) in the E-mail Accounts dialog box in Outlook.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>To manually add the POP server setting, follow these steps:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Step 1. Start Outlook.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nStep 2. On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nStep 3. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nStep 4. In the E-mail Accounts dialog box, click Add.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nStep 5. Click POP3, and then click Next.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nStep 6. Type the correct information for your POP3 mail server, and then click Next.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\nStep 7.
