Step 1.<\/strong>\u00a0 Right Click on the\u00a0Windows Icon<\/strong>\u00a0with and Click on\u00a0Computer Management<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2.<\/strong>\u00a0Right Click on\u00a0User<\/strong>\u00a0under the\u00a0Local Users and Groups<\/strong>\u00a0section and click on\u00a0New Users<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong>. Insert\u00a0Username<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Password<\/strong>\u00a0for New user and click\u00a0Create<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
