Go to\u00a0<strong>Support<\/strong>\u00a0\u2192\u00a0<strong>Tickets<\/strong>.<br>3. Go to\u00a0<strong>This ticket has been Closed<\/strong>, then <strong>Submit a Reply<\/strong>.\u00a0<br>4.
