It simply means:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-we-didn-t-hear-back-in-time-to-keep-the-ticket-open\">We&nbsp;didn\u2019t&nbsp;hear back in time to keep the ticket open.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-11\">We assume your issue may be resolved.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-111\">You can still follow up anytime.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"htoc-1111\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Reopen a Ticket&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. <strong>Log in<\/strong>&nbsp;to your&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/1-grid.com\/client\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Customer Zone<\/strong><\/a>.<br>2. Go to&nbsp;<strong>Support<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2192&nbsp;<strong>Tickets<\/strong>.<br>3. Go to&nbsp;<strong>This ticket has been Closed<\/strong>, then <strong>Submit a Reply<\/strong>.&nbsp;<br>4. Or&nbsp;go to&nbsp;<strong>Open Ticket<\/strong>, then <strong>Submit a New Ticket<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br><strong>IMPORTANT:<\/strong>&nbsp;If you are struggling to reopen your&nbsp;previous&nbsp;ticket, you can email the Support Team&nbsp;directly,&nbsp;which will automatically generate a new ticket number, and you will receive this via
