Step 2.<\/strong> Log in to the new SmarterMail. (If your DNS has update, this will be http:\/\/mail.domainname<\/a> or alternatively https:\/\/winsvrmail01.hostserv.co.za<\/a> )  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3.<\/strong> Click the Settings<\/strong> icon at the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4. <\/strong>In the Settings menu, click on Connectivity which is found on the left-hand side then Click on the Migrate button .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5. <\/strong>The Mailbox Migration modal appears. Here, you will select “Other”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step <\/strong>7. <\/strong>Use IP address of the old mail server. You can find this in the DNS zone of the old control panel.   <\/strong>\u200b<\/strong>\u200b\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Type: IMAP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Port: 143<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Username: your email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Password: your password form old control panel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
