The Challenge<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/1grid.co.za\/knowledge\/1-grid60-minute-website-challenge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>1-grid 60-Minute Website Challenge<\/strong><\/a> demonstrates how quickly customers can create and publish an online presence using the<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/1grid.co.za\/website-builder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">1-grid Website Builder<\/a><\/strong>. Participants are encouraged to build and publish a qualifying website within a continuous 60-minute window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"htoc-2-eligibility\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible to participate in this promotion, you must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-\">Be the registered <strong>account holder<\/strong> for the Website Builder subscription.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-have-an-active-1-grid-website-builder-subscription1\">Hold an <strong>active<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/1grid.co.za\/website-builder\/#pricing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>1-grid Website Builder subscription<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-use-the-1-grid-website-builder-to-create-your-website\">Use the official <strong>1-grid Website Builder dashboard<\/strong> to create your site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-be-the-registered-account-holder-for-the-website-builder-subscription\">Attempt the challenge while this promotional campaign remains actively published.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"htoc-3-what-qualifies\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Recommended standard pages include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-home\"><strong>Home<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-about\"><strong>About<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-services\"><strong>Services<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-gallery\"><strong>Gallery<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-contact\"><strong>Contact<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-successfully-published-during-your-documented-60-minute-challenge-window\">Successfully <strong>published<\/strong> during your documented 60-minute challenge window.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"htoc-4-promotional-credit\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Promotional Credit Guidelines<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you make a genuine attempt to complete the Challenge but are unable to publish your qualifying website within 60 minutes, you may be eligible for a promotional credit equal to one month\u2019s Website Builder subscription fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-review-process-all-promotional-credits-are-subject-to-technical-review-by-1-grid\"><strong>Review Process:<\/strong> All promotional credits are subject to technical review by 1-grid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-discretion-credits-are-awarded-at-1-grid-s-sole-discretion-where-all-eligibility-criteria-are-met\"><strong>Discretion:<\/strong> Credits are awarded at 1-grid\u2019s sole discretion where all eligibility criteria are met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-application-approved-credits-are-applied-to-the-account-billing-profile-after-final-claim-approval-participation-does-not-automatically-guarantee-a-credit-payout\"><strong>Application:<\/strong> Approved credits are applied to the account billing profile <em>after<\/em> final claim approval. Technical Issues<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you experience a technical platform interruption during the Challenge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li id=\"htoc-contact-1-grid-support-as-soon-as-reasonably-possible\">Contact 1-grid support as soon as reasonably possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-capture-and-provide-any-relevant-error-messages-or-screenshots\">Capture and provide any relevant <strong>error messages<\/strong> or <strong>screenshots<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li id=\"htoc-verified-technical-system-issues-will-be-investigated-and-factored-into-your-claim-review-process\">Verified technical system issues will be investigated and factored into your claim review process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"htoc-7-general-conditions\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. General Conditions<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-grid reserves the right to verify all Challenge submissions, request additional clarifying information, and decline claims that fail to meet campaign requirements. 1-grid further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Challenge at any time without prior notice.
