We believe in keeping your billing experience simple, transparent, and stress-free. That’s why we offer different billing cycles at 1-grid and make it easy for you to find the right one that works for you.
Your billing cycle determines when you’re invoiced and how often you’re charged for your hosting, domains, and other services.
Understanding your billing cycle helps you plan your payments, avoid unexpected charges, and ensure that your services remain active without interruption.
This guide will explain what a billing cycle is, what options are available, and how to view yours directly through your Customer Zone.

What Is a Billing Cycle?
A billing cycle is the recurring period between two invoice dates for your 1-grid products or services.
It defines how often you are billed and when payments are due.
For example:
- Monthly cycle: You’re billed every month for your services.
- Annual cycle: You’re billed once per year, usually at a discounted rate compared to monthly payments.
Your billing cycle starts on your account’s activation or renewal date and repeats according to your selected plan.
What Billing Cycles Can I Choose?
At 1-grid, we offer flexible billing cycles to suit your budget and business needs:
| Billing Cycle | Description | Ideal For |
| Monthly | Billed once a month. Easier to manage cash flow with smaller, more frequent payments. | Startups, freelancers, or short-term projects. |
| Quarterly | Billed every 3 months. | Small businesses seeking short-term commitment. |
| Semi-Annually (6 months) | Billed twice per year. | Customers who prefer moderate billing frequency. |
| Annually | Billed once per year. Usually, it includes savings compared to shorter cycles. | Established businesses that prefer convenience and fewer transactions. And typically for domains. |
| Biennially (Every 2 years) | Billed every two years. Offers the most cost-effective option with the least frequent billing. | Long-term customers who are looking for stability and savings. |
| Triennially (Every 3 years) | Billed every three years. Offers the most cost-effective option with the least frequent billing. | Long-term customers who are looking for extra stability and savings. |
TIP: Review your billing cycle to align with their budget and renewal strategy.
