Before attempting to add funds, it is important to make sure that you have an active order on your account. You will receive an alert before adding funds to let you know!

If you have at least one active order, you can proceed to add funds as credit to your account by following these steps:
1. Log in to your 1-grid Customer Zone.

2. Click on Billing → Add Funds.

3. Enter the desired amount in Amount to Add between R10.00 and R30,000.00.

4. Choose your preferred Payment Method (Debit Order, EFT, Credit Card, etc.).

5. Click on Add Funds and then follow any payment prompts that follow, according to the Payment Method you selected.

6. Confirm payment and wait for it to reflect (typically immediate for Card/PayFast or 2 to 3 working days for Direct EFT).
