Accessing Webmail via Windows Plesk

You can access your Webmail via your Plesk Control Panel, allowing you to send and receive email using your domain-based email address. If you know your email address and password, you can log in via Plesk.

This guide walks you through logging in to Plesk and what to do if Webmail doesn’t load.

Accessing Webmail via Windows Plesk

How to Access Webmail via Windows Plesk

Depending on whether you have Plesk Linux or Plesk for Windows, your Webmail interface will differ, but logging in remains the same.

Roundcube is often recommended for Linux because it is modern and supports recent PHP versions.

SmarterMail is a common choice for Windows-based Plesk servers.

Steps

1. Log in to Plesk

Plesk

    2. Click Mail in the left-hand menu

      3. Locate the email address you want to access

      4. Click the Webmail (envelope) icon

        5. Enter your email address and password

Once logged in, you can read, send, and manage emails immediately.

TIP: If you are accessing Webmail for Plesk for Linux, you can follow the steps in our Accessing Email via Webmail article for the Roundcube Webmail login steps for this.

            Webmail Not Loading?

            Try the following:

            • Confirm your email password is correct
            • Make sure you’re using the full email address
            • Check that Webmail is enabled in Plesk
            • Try opening the page in a private/incognito window

No Webmail Options Available in Plesk?
