Learn how to move to 1-grid with this simple getting-started guide. From account creation to domain setup, website, and email. Everything you need in one place because moving to 1-grid doesn’t need to be complicated.

Step 1: Place Your Order
Whether you’re a first-time customer or expanding your business, you can easily order domains, hosting, email, and other services directly through the 1-grid website or via your Customer Zone.
Getting started is easy! If you’re new to our products and services, just follow these simple steps on our website.
If you are returning and you want to expand, you can follow these steps from your Customer Zone.
Step 2: Set Up and Manage Your Domain
Depending on your domain needs, you have three options:
New Domain:
If you ordered a new domain as part of your sign-up, there’s nothing you need to do. Your domain will automatically go live once DNS propagation is complete, typically within 4-48 hours.
Transfer Your Domain:
To move an existing domain to 1-grid, follow our step-by-step guides that can help support you during the transition.
Manage Your Domain Elsewhere:
If you’d like to keep your domain registered with your current provider, simply update your domain’s nameservers to point to 1-grid. Once the nameservers are updated and propagation is complete, your services with 1-grid will be live on your domain.
Remember, you may need to update your nameservers for your domain if:
- You’ve registered a new domain and want to point it to your hosting elsewhere.
- You’ve transferred your hosting to 1-grid and kept your domain administration elsewhere.
- You’ve set up a VPS, Web Services, or cPanel/Plesk hosting package.
- You have email or website hosting on an external platform and would like to point your domain to that server.
