These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the 60-Minute Website Challenge (“the Challenge”) offered by 1-grid. By participating in the Challenge, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

To participate in the Challenge, you must meet these four core requirements:
- Have an active 1-grid Website Builder subscription.
- Build and publish a qualifying website using the 1-grid Website Builder.
- Complete your entire challenge within 60 minutes
- Submit any promotional credit claims within 7 calendar days if you do not finish.

1. The Challenge
The 1-grid 60-Minute Website Challenge demonstrates how quickly customers can create and publish an online presence using the 1-grid Website Builder. Participants are encouraged to build and publish a qualifying website within a continuous 60-minute window.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in this promotion, you must:
- Be the registered account holder for the Website Builder subscription.
- Hold an active 1-grid Website Builder subscription.
- Use the official 1-grid Website Builder dashboard to create your site.
- Attempt the challenge while this promotional campaign remains actively published.
3. Qualifying Website Criteria
A qualifying website submission must meet the following baseline requirements:
- Built entirely within the 1-grid Website Builder.
- Contains up to five standard pages. Recommended standard pages include:
- Home
- About
- Services
- Gallery
- Contact
- Successfully published during your documented 60-minute challenge window.
4. Promotional Credit Guidelines
If you make a genuine attempt to complete the Challenge but are unable to publish your qualifying website within 60 minutes, you may be eligible for a promotional credit equal to one month’s Website Builder subscription fee.
- Review Process: All promotional credits are subject to technical review by 1-grid.
- Discretion: Credits are awarded at 1-grid’s sole discretion where all eligibility criteria are met.
- Application: Approved credits are applied to the account billing profile after final claim approval. Participation does not automatically guarantee a credit payout.
5. How to Submit a Claim
If you missed the 60-minute mark, your claim must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your challenge attempt.

Please include the following information in your email:
- Your customer code
- Your registered domain name
- The exact date and time of your challenge attempt
- A brief explanation of why you were unable to complete the Challenge
📝Note: 1-grid reserves the right to request additional account information to verify your submission.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience a technical platform interruption during the Challenge:
- Contact 1-grid support as soon as reasonably possible.
- Capture and provide any relevant error messages or screenshots.
- Verified technical system issues will be investigated and factored into your claim review process.
7. General Conditions
1-grid reserves the right to verify all Challenge submissions, request additional clarifying information, and decline claims that fail to meet campaign requirements. 1-grid further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Challenge at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to misuse, manipulate, or abuse the campaign terms will result in immediate disqualification.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to maintain 100% platform uptime, 1-grid cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to its services throughout your challenge window. 1-grid will not be held liable for delays, loading failures, or interruptions caused by external factors outside its reasonable control.
9. Privacy
Any personal data or account information submitted as part of this Challenge or its subsequent claim processes will be handled securely and processed in strict accordance with the official 1-grid Privacy Policy.
