Webafrica purchased Gridhost, a well-known name in the hosting world, intending to bring their customers under the Webafrica brand.
A buyout was concluded from Webafrica and Gridhost Services Pty Ltd. was born as a specialised web hosting business. Shortly after it was rebranded to 1-grid.
