About working at 1-grid

Help shape how South Africa gets online.

We're a web hosting company with more than 25 years behind us and over 32,000 businesses on the platform. Join our team and help shape the web hosting industry by enabling our customers to build, manage and scale their businesses online.

Cape Town: We're based in Paarden Eiland, a few minutes from the city centre.
40+ team members: Big enough to have real specialists, small enough that you'll know everyone's name.
Flexible working hours: We care about the work getting done, not about who was at their desk at 08:00 sharp.
Office-based and collaborative: An environment where you can walk over to the person who has the answer, and decisions are made quickly.
