IMPORTANT: When setting up your email account, there are several DNS entries that are required in order to run the mail server. These not only make the mail server visible to the world, but also can help ease the use of mail accounts by you and your users.

Q: Why should I use a professional email address?
It’s important to establish trust and credibility with clients and partners. One way to do this is to use a professional email address.
Free email accounts, which do not use your domain, such as flowershop@gmail.com are mainly associated with personal email accounts and won’t convey the same level of trustworthiness as a professional email address. This does not mean that you cannot still register a domain and use that through Gmail as a paid Gmail email account.
Q: How does our Professional Email compare to MS Exchange Email?
Our Professional Email service offers similar functionality at a fraction of the cost. You’ll have audio and video conferencing, as well as instant messaging, if you choose the Email Pro option.
Q: How many email accounts can I create with my plan?
You pay per email account, so you can decide how many email accounts/users you would like when purchasing our Professional Email package.
Email Basic is currently R65 per email account per month, while our Email Pro is R95 per email account per month.
It is important to remember that each package also offers different storage sizes, so this may also impact your ability to create more email accounts at a later stage.
